Difference between Builder Floor and Multi-Storey Apartments
Builder floor apartment is a single and self-contained floor unit that offers greater space, typically over 1500 square feet. These types of residential properties are low-rise buildings with 2 to 4 floors, where each one is an independent unit. On the other hand, in multi-storey apartment towers, residents share the very same floor with other units. A typical high-rise project can have about five to eight floors or more. The cost of a builder floor apartment tends to be more as buyers look for both privacy and better facilities among them, alongside space. Then again, the cost of a multi-storey flat is lower since such apartments can also cater to the middle-class and high-income groups.

Perhaps the only major area where a builder floor flat trumps a high-rise project is in privacy.
